Improved cold symptoms
I ordered this with lipoic acid. The capsules are quite large and initially difficult to swallow. I take it with lipoic acid before bed for its diet effect, but it may disrupt sleep slightly. However, I notice that my cold has improved. I may not be losing weight, but I’m not gaining any either.
